The orphanage today-
We took Grandma & Grandpa to the orphanage today. Grandma got lots of baby loves.

We brought suckers, they were a big hit. Next time we will hand them out as we are leaving as they keep the kids busy for a long time.

This is how CT wanted to spend his special day.
I had to play nurse today. I love helping kids feel better, but hate when they hate me for doing it!
We were there early today and were able to help get some of the kids up, dressed, and fed. It was nice to feel helpful. These kids can eat!
Looks like grandma got quite the burn...ouch.

ReplyDeleteWhat a special son you have - to choose to be there on his special day! Love the photo of G with her sucker... Rachel is very picky about giving them sweets (which is good), so I'm sure these were a big hit as it is a rare treat :)
ReplyDeleteI loved the orphanage and that little guy. He was so serious when we got there and fed him. Then he warmed up and would giggle with me. They are beautiful. Yes I used sunscreen but was in the water most of the time having a blast. It's soon awesome here. But so hard to put into words. Love grandma
ReplyDeleteI love knowing you are there for all of our kids, Whitney! What a blessing for us Mamas!!!! Thank your children too for loving on our kiddos...what a beautiful example of God's love for them. Looks like our new high chair is being put to great use! : )
