This is the time the rah rah band marching came by our house. The music started down the hill about 3:30 and we just kept hearing it get closer and closer. When the procession finally went by it included around 75 people, drums, and some kind of noise maker that looked like a giant Pringles can. Our guard told us they were marching to Leogane, a city about 40 miles from here.

Awful early to be marching, but perhaps they do it to beat the hot sun.
