The new new house

Our latest plan is to move to this house. It is a new, really nice house that is closer to Justin's work, still in a great area, and has plenty of room for visitors and Rachel. And it cost less than the one we are in now. So the drawback is that it is up a Haitian style "rough road" and there is NO yard. It has some nice balcony's and the builder tells us he owns the lot next door and will build a fence around it to include that as a yard.
A view from the front. TJ is standing on the front steps.I wish you could see from the pictures just how steep it is. I have never driven on anything like it.
The porch on the top level, soon to be a laundry drying station probably.
The view from the roof. The blue bin is a rain water collection device called a cystern. The view is amazing, right?
A bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. On the main level there is another bedroom, bath, and "house help" quarters. The deceiving kitchen. We are promised it will have a stove and refrigerator before we move in. Inside the cabinets. This cracked me up. They look like beautiful cabinets on the outside then you open them to find they are only the face of the cabinet. No bottoms, no backs, no shelves. Most of the drawers are only faces too, nothing to pull out. This one was full of mouse or rat poop, nice huh!The entry way.
The family room with plenty of couches.
